Do Your Homework!

Knowledge of work from a practical sense or from a sales viewpoint will help you build up clientele (not only knowledge of make-up and manicures, but good background in the field as a whole). Also keep up to date business journals, read current magazines, look for trends, take refresher courses and always try to learn more to further your career.

Know who you are - you are a reflection of your family.

Accept what life brings -- you can not control many things.

Have patience -- some things can't be rushed.

Live carefully -- what you do will come back to you.
